It’s proven that stress is bad for your physical and mental health. With some simple changes, you can learn how to reduce stress by understanding your triggers and learning how best to manage them.

In our introductory call we’ll look at your current challenges, and what you’d like to achieve. I’ll explain how coaching works, and we’ll decide how much coaching you’ll need. I’ll answer any questions you have and you’ll be able to decide whether you’d like to work with me as your coach.

Meet me

Coaching takes place either online, by Skype or FaceTime, or face-to-face in London. During our sessions, we will work on your specific goals and challenges. You’ll leave a session with agreed actions to help you make the desired changes. And in between you’re welcome to email me to let me know how you’re getting on.

How much does it cost?

Coaching packages are tailored to meet your individual needs. We’ll arrange an introductory call so we can work out how much coaching you need and I’ll put a plan together to work for you.

Standard charges


An individual 90-minute session to address a specific challenge.
You will receive a preparatory questionnaire to complete to ensure the best use of your coaching time.


A block of 4 x 1-hour sessions (usually enough to make good progress towards change).
This popular package helps you review a particular area in your life. It can be used to plan for the new year, map out your career options, or set a programme for physical or mental wellness. You set the agenda. 


A year of coaching.
10 x 1 hour coaching sessions taken over a 12 month period, with email support between sessions. Designed to help you identify and set goals, and have my full support on your journey towards them.

About Me.

I’ve worked in HR and business management for more than 30 years. I started my career with British Airways, and worked for IBM and DHL. I’ve spent the past 20 years working with start-up technology companies.

I set up my coaching practice in Sussex in 2007 and have worked with clients from all walks of life. From doctors to designers, solicitors to sales managers, self-employed consultants to tech-company founders.
