In our modern lives we are faced with endless choices and mounting pressures. We feel we are always busy, always on the treadmill, but never seeming to get anywhere in the important areas of our life.
We will take time out to explore what you really want in life, and how to get there. We look at your current life, what is missing, and what is important to you. We explore who you are, what your unique talents are, and what gets in the way of you enjoying a fantastic life. Â We explore options for the way forward, and map out the steps. I provide the tools, support, inspiration and motivation to help you get there.
Individual Coaching Programmes
It generally takes 4 -6 sessions to achieve results, and changes are usually noticed after the first session. Fast and lasting results depend on how much work you put in between sessions, and how much work needs to be done overall to achieve the goal.  Â
